16′ Box Truck Driver Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

LOCAL DRIVER NEEDED for a 16-Foot Company Box Truck with Lift Gate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load and off-load freight or other materials.
• Must Be Able to Use a Pallet Jack
• Must Have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must Be Able to Pass Background Check
• Must Be Able to Pass Drug Screen
• Must Have a Clean Driver Record (3 years)
• Must Be Able to Work 5 Days per Week (Monday through Friday, off Saturday and Sunday)
• TWIC Card REQUIRED
• This is a 1099 Position
• Weekly Paycheck
